Designed for hard rubber mouthpieces, the Ultimate Ligature holds the reed using a single pressure plate. Thanks to its unique resonating pipes design, it makes minimal contact with the mouthpiece. The pipes have a brass finish, and produce sympathetic vibrations that contribute to your sound. It’s held together with stainless steel wires, and tightens with a single screw on the bottom.
